Items marked Sale cannot be returned.
If you are returning your purchased item(s) under ‘Change of Mind’ circumstances, we will offer an exchange or full refund (to the value of the purchased item(s)) provided the item is;
– In original purchase condition.
– The items has not been opened, used or tampered with in any way.
– The item(s) are accompanied by original purchase receipt/invoice.
– Returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
– Full price merchandise only.
**We do NOT offer exchanges or returns on item(s) purchased outside Australia.
How do I return an item?
Items must be returned to The Henna Tree along with a prepaid return satchel if an exchange is requested.

Once the returned item(s) is deemed re-sellable and has been accepted under ‘Change of Mind’ circumstances, you will receive a full refund (onto the original credit card which the transactions was purchased on, via paypal or direct deposit into your account) to the value of the returned item(s) or an exchange.
The Henna Tree is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
Due to The Henna Tree being made up of plants and herbs, we can not always guarantee the exact colour shades and how it will be on your hair. These plants and herbs are natural and therefore are effected by weather conditions, which determine the outcome of the dyeing quality, along with the condition of your hair, it is an alchemy. If you are unsure about anything, contact us before you apply. We are here to help you get the colour you want, without too much fuss. We have years of experience and a wealth of knowledge of these wonderful plants and herbs that we wish to share with you, so you can enjoy it as much as we do.
